Terms of service

 

1. Order amendment and cancellation: As long as delivery status is pending, you may amend or cancel your order. After dispatch, order cannot be amended or cancelled.
   
   
2. Replacement and refund: At the time of delivery if the ordered item is damaged, then it will be replaced within 7 (seven) working days or else the full amount will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) working days.
   
   
3. Product warranty: We provide 6 (six) months warranty. Warranty only includes manufacturing defects.
   
   
4. Dispute resolution: In event of any dispute, the decision of Sagar Sons, Mumbai is final.
